8 yr old granddaughter was delighted with Elsa as a birthday gift. I couldn't get the hands to work for singing and was ready to ship it back when a friend tried it and it worked perfectly. So if it doesn't work at first have someone with shorter nails try activating her. I gave it a 4 because it was over-priced. It is the supply and demand factor. Everywhere else I looked it was over $60 and one place was in the $30's but out-of-stock. I was grateful to have found it at the Magical Ears Collection in the $50 range. Happy Granddaughter made the purchase worth while!
