When will My Order Arrive?

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Magical Ears Collectibles or other parties only as an estimate. Please allow up to 7 business days provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays, except by prior arrangement. If this is not fast enough, we do offer a faster handling time for an additional charge, Please Call to arrange this at (352) 432-3643


Do I Receive a Tracking Number?

Yes, A USPS tracking number will be available for most domestic orders within 24 hours after shipment. Tracking Numbers will only show when the label for the package was printed and when the USPS deems it

What are my Shipping Choices?

We offer USPS, UPS, and Fed EX Shipping. Our Standard USPS Shipping is shipped Priority Mail, and normally takes 2-3 days after shipped. Delivery times depend on shipping method selected & location. Shipping times Do Not Include Saturday, Sundays, or Processing Time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We have partnered with  http://www.bongous.com Bongo International to service our international customers.

 Once you have created your shopping Cart,  choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button.  You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

 Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase.  We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.  There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Returns/Cancelled Orders

We at Magical Ears Collectibles will gladly accept your return within (7) days from the date you receive your purchase. Your Item (s) Must be in NEW and UNUSED Condition.  And,  No ripped off tags. First, You will need to sign in your account and fill out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and once your request is approved, you can ship the item(s) back to us in the original and unused condition at your expense. Please put the RMA number and the order number on the outside of the box. To:

(Returned or Cancelled orders after a (6) hour time frame after the order is placed are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fee is non-refundable. Personalized items, Limited Edition items, Edible items and Seasonal items are not returnable at any time).


Exchanges

We at Magical Ears Collectibles will gladly exchange a product for you, depending that the item is still in stock - Please let us know if you need a Exchange within (7) days ONLY after you receive your Product(s) and you pay for return shipping costs.


Insurance

We highly recommend getting the $3.00 shipping insurance for breakable and fragile items. Magical Ears Collectibles is not responsible for broken products during shipment if you do not have insurance. Although we do try and pack everything the best as possible, We have no control over what the post offices are doing to your product(s).
