We highly recommend getting shipping insurance for breakable and fragile items under $100. Magical Ears Collectibles is not responsible for broken products during shipment if you do not have insurance on your order for the postal service. Although we do try and pack everything the best as possible, and inspect every item thoroughly, We have no control over what the post offices are doing to your product(s). If your item arrives broken, and it is insured, fill out a RMA located in your account immediately, along with a email to [email protected] with several clear photos of the broken item and packing materials so we can file a claim on your item. Be prepared for any documentation the Postal Service may need from you, and a refund will be applied once the claim is settled, shipping is never refundable for claims. Please allow 1-3 weeks for any claims made; and we do not reship a item before a claim is settled.  If photos are not sent immediately or you don't bring your broken item to the postal service when requested, your claim can be cancelled and voided. Claims are dependent on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed claims will be approved.
