We at Magical Ears Collectibles will gladly accept your return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship only within (3) days of delivery if it has all tags and in not used condition. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted within (3) days of delivery. Please keep original  box shipped in and refuse package, if you need an exchange/return not concerning defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship will be gladly be excepted within (7) days of delivery. Your Item (s) Must be in NEW and UNUSED Condition. And, No ripped off tags. You will need to sign in your account and fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) located in your account and once you are approved, ship the item(s) back at your expense immediately following approval with only a required tracking number. We do not except certified signature returns, due to the fact of not always being at the office for signature.
